{Who We Are}

Rhonda, Scott & Liam Foster-owners and operators of Liam’s since its inception in 2002.  We love food and enjoy bringing the freshest ingredients to our guests every week.  There is no food we won’t try (at least once. . .the durian experience).  We have been in the restaurant business since we were teenagers, starting with washing dishes, bussing tables and working our way to where we are now. Scott is our chef.  He has been classically trained, apprenticed under German chef Heinz Schellenberger & has a raw appreciation for letting the true flavor of foods shine through.  Scott is an avid hunter & has great respect for the ingredients he uses. Rhonda runs the front of the house.  She is also our cheesemonger, event planner & strives to learn at least one new thing everyday.   Please stop and say hello when you come for a visit.

Tyler Bailey - An amazing chef with a keen understanding of Asian & Mexican cuisines.  Tyler is a human sponge, always ready to learn new techniques and ingredients and expand his culinary knowledge & share it with his fellow workers & guests through his flavor-packed creations.

Bartenders - Bruce Bostick is our bar manager.  Along with his cohorts, Kevin & Jayme, these three bring a rivaled skill set of mixing & creating cocktails with sometimes experimental flavors, & always with their heart & soul poured into their craft.

Our servers are Peyton, Debbie, and Yvonne. 

Freddie, Jamal, Antwan & Jacob round out our crew. They always shave a smile on their faces and round out our team nicely.
